Cancellation Policy

Cancun Travel Center offers you standard cancellation policy. If a refund is applicable, we will proceed immediately. Please notice that refunds may appear in your account up to two weeks later due to bank transaction delays.

Cancellation of non-confirmed reservations are free of charge.

Confirmed reservations cancelled up to 4 days prior to programmed service date, will be subject to a 5% administrative charge and a 10 USD penalty fee due to banking service charges.

Confirmed reservations cancelled within 4 days prior to arrival date or no shows are 100% non-refundable.
