| This is the official ICPIG 2009 website to book your airport transfers in Cancun.
Highlights After Immigration, picking your luggage and going through Customs, we will be waiting outside the “Airport Arrivals Hall” to welcome you with an “ICPIG 2009 Meeting” logo banner and your name in our list, to walk you to your Transfer Van and to comfortably take you to your hotel in Cancun. If you’re traveling alone, you may either request the Shared Transfer Service and 1) pay for the minimum of two people and wait for no more than 10 minutes to be taken to your hotel, or 2) be charged for just one person, subject to having to wait until there is at least a second person arriving. Chances are it will be rather a short waiting since most meeting members are coming on the same dates. To decide on this last option, you have to state it on the “Requests” dialog box in the “Tour Details” section, on the booking process. The charge will be for just one person, notwithstanding the immediate answerback will show a $28 US charge. You’ll receive a second confirmation acknowledging the charge was for one person only.

Comments
Upon arrival, while picking your luggage and going through Customs, you’ll very likely be approached by Time Share Representatives offering you information, big discounts in tours and all kind of gifts, just to draw your attention, asking you for a deposit that you’ll most likely lose if you don’t attend their high pressure Sales Presentation (90 minutes that turn out to be the whole morning), making you waste your time and making us believe that you’ve lost your trip since everyone else in your flight has already left, therefore losing your transportation ride and causing a No-Show penalty as well. Should you be approached by such persons, just firmly say “No, Thanks”.
